Dr. David P. On December 7, 2021, Dr. Rudman of Speciality Orthopaedics of Ridgewood gave a virtual lecture titled, "Shoulder Arthritis: NSAIDs to Replacement".  I was very well recieved and archived at The Valley Hospital lecture series and the practices YouTube channel.  The lecture reviewed shoulder anatomy, cartilage anatomy and the natural history and aging process of both.  Dr. Rudman discribes how arthritis presents and what to expect at your office visit.  He reviews treatment modalities including activity restrictions, ice, NSAIDs, gels, injections, arthroscpy and Shoulder replacement options.  Both anatomic and reverse total shoulder arthroplasties are reviewed.  Questions are answerd at the conclusion of the lecture.  Please enjoy, subscribe to the channel and be sure to follow us on facebook, instagram, and twitter as well.
