On December 7, 2021, Dr. Rudman of Speciality Orthopaedics of Ridgewood gave a virtual lecture titled, "Shoulder Arthritis: NSAIDs to Replacement". I was very well recieved and archived at The Valley Hospital lecture series and the practices YouTube channel. The lecture reviewed shoulder anatomy, cartilage anatomy and the natural history and aging process of both. Dr. Rudman discribes how arthritis presents and what to expect at your office visit. He reviews treatment modalities including activity restrictions, ice, NSAIDs, gels, injections, arthroscpy and Shoulder replacement options. What to expect at your office visit.

Dr. Rudman is seeing patients both in the office and virtually. We take your safety, the safety of our staff and our community seriously. We are following best in practice CDC guidelines for this reason.
ALL patients, staff and family members (if the patient is a minor) must wear appropriate masks. Every room has a sink with soap and hand sanitizer. Every room is cleaned with Clorox wipes between patient visits. Patient appointments are appropriately spaced to maintain social distancing.

Dr. Rudman, a fellowship trained Orthopaedic Surgeon in Ridgewood, NJ, is proud to be part of the medical advisory board of Physimax. Physimax is a markerless motion-capture technoligy used to aid in preventing injuries, increasing performance and returning to play or work after an injury or surgery. Physimax's technology was devloped using minimal equipment including a 3D camera such as a Microsoft Kinect and a computer. Physimax has be able to adapt its algorithms to be used with cameras that are on smart phones and tablets. This will allow the masses to access this technology that once was only available to professional and elite athletes. Two of my partners were recently quoted in an article on SportTechie Physimax.
